Application Range
Merchants with CUP labels all accept CUP cards. Some merchants may not have put up the CUP label, so cardholders can inquire the cashier whether CUP cards are accepted.
Merchant Characteristics
CUP’s promissory merchants in New Zealand include famous dutyfree stores (such as Louis Vuitton, New Zealand DFS, Wan Fang Dutyfree, Auckland Harbour Hotel, Kiwi Discovery at the airport, etc.) as well as some souvenir stores, stores for small articles and group-shopping stores popular with tourists.
Accepted Cards and Relevant Procedure
All CUP cards including dual currency cards.
Reminder: When using dual currency cards, cardholders are recommended to ask the cashier to choose CUP network, so as to assure the enjoyment of various favorable treatments and services provided by CUP network. As certain amounts of limits exist for credit card consumption, CUP debit cards are more suitable for large consumption on luxuries, as they are subjected only to the limit of balance account of the cards. When using CUP cards on the CUP network, please operate according to the domestic procedures (eg. If the credit card has a PIN, please enter your PIN)
Relevant Charges
No commission charge for overseas card-using.
When consuming through CUP network, the currency exchange charge of 1%-2% will be exempted. CUP will change the amount in local currency into RMB amount to deduct from the holder’s RMB account.
ATM CASH WITHDRAWAL
Application Range
Currently several hundred ATMs in New Zealand accept cash withdrawal in local currency (New Zealand dollar) with CUP cards.
CUP cards cannot perform over-counter transfer and cash withdrawal abroad.
Accepted Cards
All CUP cards including dual currency cards.
Reminder: Cardholders are recommended to use CUP debit cards abroad since overdraft interest will be charged when drawing cash with credit cards.

Cash Withdrawal Procedure
The card will be returned before cash given.
Charge and Limit on Withdrawal
Daily cash withdrawal from a debit card should not surpass the New Zealand dollar equivalent of 10 thousand RMB.Daily cash withdrawal from a credit card should not surpass the New Zealand dollar equivalent of 5 thousand RMB.
Issuing banks charge a certain amount of commissions for overseas cash withdrawal. Limits on daily withdrawal times and amount as well as commission charges can be obtained from card issuing banks.
