AT&T
In October, 2005, CUP In October, 2005, CUP signed an IPVPN network service agreement with AT&T, global communication network service provider, and opened CUP international business communication network to provide network and technological support for CUP’s international service.
DFS
In May, 2005, CUP established strategic partnership with DiscoverCard under Morgan Stanley and established the acceptance of CUP cards in the US.
Sumitomo Mitsui Cards Company
In May, 2005, CUP started cooperation with Japan’s Sumitomo Mitsui Cards Company and established the acceptance of CUP cards in Japan. In December, 2007, both parties cooperated to jointly issue CUP standard credit card in Japan.
BC Card CO. Ltd.
Founded in 1982, BC Card Co. Ltd. is the largest credit card company with 11 member banks in South Korea. In January 2005, China UnionPay started cooperation with South Korea-based BC Card Co., Ltd. and realized CUP card acceptance in South Korea; Since February 2008, BC Card Co. Ltd. and its 11 member banks have officially issued standard CUP cards.
Global Refund Group
In January, 2007, CUP arrived at an agreement with Global Refund Group to jointly provide tax rebate service for Chinese customers’ CUP cards consumption during overseas tour.
Travelex
In 2006,CUP and the biggest currency exchange operator in the world Travelex jointly issued the first travel prepaid card called “Travelex CUP electronic traveling check.” It is accepted in all CUP-card-accepting places of CUP cards.
Crédit Agricole
In November, 2005, CUP signed a cooperative agreement with Europe’s biggest bank group Crédit Agricole and realized the acceptance of CUP cards at ATMs and POSes of the group in France.
Eufiserv
In May, 2005, CUP signed a cooperative agreement with Eufiserv and realized the acceptance of CUP cards on ATMs in Germany and Spain.
NAB
In September, 2006, CUP signed an agreement with Australia’s biggest bank NAB and realized the acceptance of CUP cards at ATMs and POSes in Australia.
CartaSi Italy
It is initiated by Italian Banking Association and 16 major Italian banks, with the headquarters in Milan. As the largest acquirer at present in Italy, it boasts of over 700 member banks, and conducts acquiring business for more than 30,000 ATMs and tens of thousands of merchants. Starting from 2006 and February 2007, CUP cards began to be gradually accepted by ATMs of its member banks and merchants.
ICBPI Italy
With headquarters in Milan, it was co-sponsored and established by Italian Public Bank, savings banks, several insurance companies and some non-banking financial institutions. It is currently the second largest acquirer in Italy serving 12,000 ATMs and nearly 200,000 merchants. Since November 2007, CUP cards have been gradually accepted in its ATM networks.
  Euro 6000 Spain
It is the second largest bankcard network operator in Spain, with currently a network of about 17,000 ATMs. Since December 2005, CUP cards can be used to withdraw Euro cash from all ATMs running on this network.
  Multibanco Portugal
It is the only bankcard ATM network operator in Portugal, with currently a network of nearly 13,000 ATMs. Since June 2008, CUP cards can be used to withdraw Euro cash from all ATMs running on this network.
Paysquare Holland
China UnionPay, through cooperation with Paysquare who enjoys the largest share in the acquiring market in Holland, launched its merchant acceptance business in Holland in July 2006.
Bank of New Zealand (BNZ)
China UnionPay, through cooperation with New Zealand-based BNA launched its CUP card acceptance business in New Zealand in April 2006.
B+S Card Services
It is Germany’s second largest acquirer with 180,000 terminals. It has been the first to launch CUP card merchant acceptance business in Europe since December 2005.
Sparkasse Finanzgruppe
As one of Germany’s largest financial groups, it is composed of 446 savings banks, 11 state banks, 10 state housing savings banks, and has the largest ATM network with outlets all over urban and rural areas in German. It launched all the affiliated 25,000 ATMs to accept CUP card businesses at the end of 2005.
SIX Multipay Ltd. (formerly Telekurs Multipay before September 2008)
As Switzerland’s largest professional acquirer and a subsidiary of Swiss-based SIX Group. It launched about 90% of its ATMs in Switzerland to accept CUP cards.
PayLife Bank GmbH9 (formerly Europay Austria Zahlungsverkehrssysteme GmbH)
It is Austria’s largest acquirer with more than 3,000 outdoor ATMs operated within the "Bankomat" network, providing acquiring services for over 100,000 merchants.
Global Payments
Headguartered in Atlanta,USA,Global Payments is one of the leading payment processors in the world.In Jan 2009,China Unionpay and Global Payment reached an agreement that allows CUP Cardholders to use CUP cards at Global Payment’ merchants in Canada.
Maison de la France
In March, 2008, CUP signed a strategic partnership agreement with Maison de la France and CUP cards became Maison de la France’s recommended card for Chinese tourists in Franc
Hong Kong Tourism Board
In September, 2004, CUP signed a cooperative memorandum with Hong Kong Tourism Board to attract more mainland visitors to use CUP cards when purchasing in Hong Kong.
Singapore Tourism Board
In 2005, CUP began to cooperate with Singapore Tourism Board to promote the acceptance of CUP cards in Singapore.
Korea National Tourism Organization
In October 2005, CUP signed an memorandum with Korea National Tourism Organization and BC Card Company to promote Chinese CUP cardholders to use CUP cards in Korea.
Tourism Authority of Thailand
In 2006, CUP signed a cooperative memorandum with Tourism Authority of Thailand to promote the acceptance of CUP cards in Thailand.
Philippine Department of Tourism
In 2007, CUP cooperated with Philippine Department of Tourism through its local partners to promote the acceptance of CUP cards in the Philippines.
Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board
In November 2006, CUP signed a cooperative memorandum with Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board to promote the acceptance of CUP cards in Malaysia.
Tennis Masters Cu
In 2005 and 2006, CUP was the cooperative partner for the grand final of ATP Tennis Masters Cup for  consecutive two years.
Standard Chartered Bank
In March 2009, China UnionPay signed ATM acceptance agreement with Standard Chartered Bank. At present, CUP card can be used in ATM machines of Standard Chartered Bank across 11 countries and regions worldwide.
HSBC
In June 2009, China UnionPay signed ATM acceptance agreement with HSBC. At present, CUP card can be used in ATM machines of HSBC across 9 countries and regions worldwide.
