Nearly 90% of the ATM machines in USA accept Unionpay debit card for USD cash withdrawal!

Content of the activity:

The first 1000 cardholders who withdraw with Unionpay debit cards (no withdrawal amount limit) at ATM through Unionpay network in USA, and dial China Unionpay service hotline 95516 to confirm deals have been done, can get mobile phone recharge cards of China Mobile or Chine Unicom worth of RMB 250 (RMB 200 after tax).There are 1000 gifts in total, first come, first served, until all out, with one card for only one cardholder (subject to ID/Passport number and Unionpay debit card number).

How to participate:

Step 1 Withdraw at ATM

Make withdrawal with Unionpay debit card at ATM accepting Unionpay cards, and it is advised that the withdrawal voucher should be kept;

Step 2 Dialing

24 hours after successful withdrawal, dial Unionpay customer service hotline 95516 (China) or 866-567-5516 (USA), and inform the customer service personnel that you want to participate in the activity: “Unionpay debit card withdrawal in USA, big gifts for you;

Step 3 Confirm the deal

Customer service personnel will ask you for your Unionpay card number and withdrawal time, and confirm whether the deal have been done, if so, they will record such information as your name, address, telephone number, ID card/Passport number and what kind of recharge card you want, etc.;

Step 4 Gift release

Once it is confirmed that you have won the gift, we will send the recharge card to you within 60 business days.

Notes:

1. Unionpay debit cards refer to those bank cards that only bear the mark of Unionpay (without brand marks of other bank cards), with no credit limit, can only be used for purchasing (or cash withdraw) after deposit, with overdraft not supported.

2. This activity is confined to those cardholders of the Unionpay debit cards issued by China mainland, China Hong Kong and China Macao.

3. Cash withdrawal time is based upon the account-entering time recorded by system. Cardholders need wait no less than 24 hours before calling China Unionpay customer service hotline to confirm the deal.

4. China Unionpay will confirm whether the cardholder have won the gift according to the time when the cardholder call the service hotline and the customer service personnel has confirmed that the cash withdrawal is successful. The first ones who call to confirm will get the first claims on gifts. The activity will last until the total 1000 gifts are sent out.

5. To get the gift, the cardholders should make withdrawals with their own Unionpay debit cards at ATMs that accept Unionpay cards in USA, and make settlement through Unionpay network.

6. All credit card withdrawals at ATM (including credit cards bearing Unionpay marks) are not covered in this activity.

7. ATM withdrawals outside USA are excluded from this activity.

8. Losses caused by cardholders’ error operating of ATM machine or Unionpay cards should be undertaken by cardholders themselves. In case of failed withdrawal which is caused by service suspension due to card issuance bank’s system update, please contact the card issuance bank to seek for settlement.

9. Gifts will be sent out within 60 business days after cardholders calling China Unionpay customer service center and being confirmed to have won the gift. The gifts will only be sent within such areas as China mainland, China Hong Kong, and China Macaw. Cardholders may call China Unionpay customer service hotline before Feb.1, 2010 to raise complaints if they did not receive the gift, while if the unsuccessful gift deliverance or untimely gift deliverance is caused by cardholders themselves, it is assumed that those cardholders give up their claiming rights of such gifts automatically.

10. Mobile phone recharge cards as the gift in this activity are supplied by China Mobile, China Unicom and other related companies. Usage and expiration date of those cards are defined in recharge card instructions or by the abovementioned companies. China Unionpay is not the supplier of the recharge cards. China Mobile, China Unicom and their related companies are responsible for all problems about the quality and service of such recharge cards.

11. China Unionpay will deduct and prepay the tax on those gifts for gift-winners; gift-winning cardholders should give their personal identification information (including but not limited to name, address ID card, etc.) to China Unionpay or designated agencies, and offer help as to the procedures about tax. Once such procedures can not be completed, which is caused by cardholders, China Unionpay has the right to cancel the cardholder’s gift-winning qualification.
